Why construction firms choose Woub

"Wouby AI helps us automatically summarise conversations and agreements, and record action points. That way, important information isn't lost, we spend less time chasing people up, and everyone knows what's going on. It saves an enormous amount of time and hassle."

"Thanks to Wouby AI, BTS Bouwbedrijf saves around 50 communication tasks and gets a full working day back every week. That is the estimated time saved by owner Arek at BTS Bouwbedrijf. With Woub, his team of 17 keeps on top of chats and agreements, while 2Jours handles scheduling and administration."

"Thanks to the chat and checklists, there are hardly any questions left and far less back-and-forth calling. Communication is much quicker and more direct now. Our failure costs have definitely dropped. Plus, the team on site no longer have to carry paperwork around."

“Woub brings all communication, tasks, and project information together, so CIA Bouwbedrijf spends less time chasing updates and can get back to focusing on building.”

“Miscommunication cost us a lot, but thanks to Woub, costs arising from errors and rework and mistakes caused by incomplete agreements have fallen considerably.”

"It is simply impossible to remember 100% of the information. We realised we needed a more structured and automated approach to communication to help projects run more smoothly.''

''Our lads no longer have to wait around for anything. They have more time to do their jobs, so they can do what they enjoy. Without all the hassle. We certainly recognise that feeling of greater peace of mind at work.''

‘Failure costs were cut in half, saving €200,000 every year. Poor communication is a massive headache—there’s always noise. Woub is a tool that helps you streamline project communication completely. That saves time, hassle, and money.’

"Capturing additional works and agreements with site inspectors. Costs arising from errors and rework caused by miscommunication and incomplete information have now fallen considerably."

"Status updates, job sheets, handovers and photos: everything is now within reach. The change was also very welcome for my site team. No unclear documents or long searches for the right information."

''With Woub, all information is up to date. We no longer need to call our project managers to ask, ‘How is it going?’ or ‘Is the project finished yet?’ We can see all of that in Woub.''

"Our painters now spend less time waiting around. Hardly anything goes wrong any more, so they can get on with their work. Costs arising from errors and rework are much lower. Woub now saves us tens of thousands of euros a year. I recommend it to everyone."

"I noticed straight away that the focus here was on what really works for site teams. It is simple and effective: all communication about a project is always in one central place, and everyone can always access it.”

"In the office, the construction project coordinators create the project files. As soon as the site manager assigns the project file to colleagues, all employees for that project are added automatically."

"When clients are choosing between different quotations, they are more likely to choose us because we involve them in the process from the outset and make everything clear. They value our involvement and quick response, even when we are not the cheapest option. "

"With a team of 7 women, ad hoc tasks, shifts between projects and a second location in Marbella, Spain, Woub has become the thread running through Studio de Blieck. Maintaining a smooth flow of communication was essential. Best of all, everyone uses and understands Woub's system. It is incredibly simple."

"Clients increasingly expect to see what has been agreed and whether it is actually being done. I cannot blame them. I really wanted Woub so we could involve our clients throughout the process. There are no loose ends any more, everything can be implemented smoothly and nothing gets forgotten."

"It used to take us three days to gather all the project and management information and send out invoices. Now, we do it in just a single day. All the project details can be downloaded from one central place, instead of having to search across 10 different locations."

"I was looking for the simplest possible way to communicate with one another. Woub is that way. It feels like WhatsApp, so it quickly becomes familiar. Its strength is its simplicity."

"Clients can communicate with us quickly and easily and have all their important documents in one place. This helps us meet the obligations introduced by the new Wet kwaliteitsborging."

"When I think about going back to pen and paper and printing out job sheets, I simply cannot imagine it any more. The cost of Woub now pays for itself many times over."

“Among other things, we use Woub to record what the lads have done on each construction project. They take photos every day, so everything is now in 1 place. Ideal if someone is ill, for example, and someone else needs to take over. ''

"Whatever changes arise, everyone involved in the project now knows about them straight away. The checklist is the best feature. And it works well alongside Syntess. Woub is our main tool for communication."

"My team were a bit sceptical at first: ‘Do we really need even more software? Sounds difficult!’ But I saw the benefit, kept going and now everyone is completely convinced."

"Instead of another service visit with the costs of putting things right, we gain extra time for new projects with higher profit margins and a more positive outlook. Woub is an ideal solution that lets us switch between projects independently, without major communication challenges."

"Woub has already brought us a great deal. We now need one fewer full-time project coordinator, which saves an enormous amount of money. We have gone from three installers to two. With one and a half fewer full-time equivalents, we now generate more turnover.”

"It brings so much peace of mind, transparency and clarity. And it saves time! I am still very glad we came across Woub. We can no longer imagine life without Woub.”

"Woub saves us time because we can now coordinate with one another very quickly. We put everything in Woub, and everyone knows straight away what they need to do. We no longer have to keep calling one another with questions. We could not do without it now."

"The site team get on well with it too. We can now communicate clearly and quickly with one another. If they have a question, they put it straight in Woub. That saves a lot of phone calls and scraps of paper!"

"Our clients enjoy seeing how their original ideas take shape. Woub lets us coordinate a little faster in various areas. So it is a win-win situation."

"The big advantage is that all information and communication is now captured in one place. If a project becomes relevant again years later, we can easily look back at how it went at the time."
